We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that measures prescribed by the Decree by Moscow Authorities (Decree of the Mayor of Moscow on March 5, 2020 No. 12-UM and Order of the Department of Education and Science of Moscow on March 6, 2020 No. 89) are binding for both Russian citizens and foreigners.
