As I am writing this text, there has been an almighty crack in the sky above the school, followed by a bright flash of light and the heavens have opened.
The glorious weather we have experienced has come to an abrupt end, conveniently (or not) at the end of the school week. Several pupils had fun as they were caught out in the pouring rain while doing sports, quickly running back into school for shelter avoiding the torrents flowing through the school grounds.
