Dear All,

“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entre world, stimulating progress.”

-Albert Einstein

I start this week’s newsletter with a quote that encapsulates all that has been happening in the Primary school this term. When students engage in learning through the medium of drama, music and art a ‘magic happens’ and this was clearly displayed during the Year 2 class assembly on The Romans. History was brought to life and explored outside the pages of a text allowing the students to gain a deeper understanding of how, for example, the Testudo formation tortoise shell), actually worked! Thank you to Mr. Daglish, Ms. Olga and all of Year 2 for a fabulous performance!
