Dear all,

This week has been our Well-Being week, giving us the perfect opportunity to discuss and share all of things we do to keep ourselves happy and positive. We started our Monday morning with an assembly, Ms. Abi lead a Yoga and massage session. The teachers shared how they like to relax which included taking a walk, painting and talking to their friends and family around the world. Throughout the week the children then shared what makes them have a sense of Well- Being, from cooking to making healthy smoothies and even completing jigsaw puzzles.

On Thursday we held our first house event online. It was a great opportunity for the children to work with their friends from other classes and get some extra exercise with Mr. Oleg,the children all enjoyed the opportunity to mix with the other children in their house group. Fridays Star of the week assembly turned into a rainbow celebration with children wearing bright colours and even enjoyed a small disco as music is a great way to improve people’s Well-Being.
